As a project manager / engineer, you will be working in our project management unit. This role would present a fantastic career development opportunity for you as a built-environment specialist in a rapidly growing business.
Our project management unit comprises of qualified specialists with diverse experience and multidisciplinary technical skills.
You will be working with a diverse mix of clients in various business sectors and industries. You will have the opportunity to be involved in exciting and challenging projects comprising of various types of capital projects including new construction, refurbishment and property appraisal.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting technical delivery of construction projects and providing technical and engineering input into multi-disciplinary projects;
- Technical input for the preparation of Proposals and Tenders;
- Provide Project Management inputs on a number of projects;
- Using excellent analytical skills to derive potential solutions to technical problems and using supportable technical judgement to appraise and recommend options;
- Oversee the production and review of design and site supervision documentation;
- Oversee the production of deliverables;
- Remain up to date with industry developments and changes in standards;
- Compliance with Quality, Safety, Environment and managerial procedures ensuring work is technically accurate and delivered in accordance with the appropriate standards.
What will you need for the role?
- Skills in organisation, evaluation and ability to adapt your approach where required in order to maximise impact.
- Experience in built environment and construction sector projects.
- Experience in the use of design standards.
- Able to ensure tasks are carried out within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Excellent communicator with the desire to take on extra responsibilities and keep on developing your skills and our team.
- Experience of Project Governance and Development Processes.
- Ability to research information and data independently and ability to find solutions to complex problems.
- Experience of CDM Regulations.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- International project experience would be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional qualification in the built environment / construction sector or working towards achieving it.
- Academic degree or equivalent in construction or related field.
